Help my hard wood floors are ruined?

i used that swiffer wet jet on my hard wood floors and it left a gross plastic-like film on them. It looks like there covered in mud! I tried windex,soap and water,Murphy's oil( makes it disappear for an hour and the film reappears) and vinegar,(it works a little bit but to tedious and time consuming. I have to much flooring to do that. Is there any other magic solution that can help. It's horrible!!!
