Which rookie RB will have the biggest fantasy impact

I think either Rashard Mendenhall or Kevin Smith will have the biggest impact. To me, they are in the best position to succeed. They each have somewhat of a veteran in their same position to help them out and so they wouldn't carry the whole load.
