Account suspended on Playstation?

okay it has been 3 days already since my suspension from the ps3 network. First of all this is BS i didnt do anything wrong! I'm not some little hacker and im pretty sure i havent violated the rules on the ps3. All i have done is gotten on home and probably got reported because some jerks that i reject like to overuse the report feature. What im worried is how long can i get suspended for if it is because i got reported? and it has been well over 24 hours and i havent received one freaking notice. Geez sony is crap.. (dont say call sony or email then because i already tried that and it hasnt helped)
