Did you notice that Ron Paul is Number One after debates? Is the media reporting his wins? If not, why not?
The Daily Herald and San Francisco Chronicle (and his web site) seem to be covering it. It gets less coverage than the Iowa straw poll, or the Iowa "Who is ahead this week?" poll, which seems to be going to Mike Huckabee (and Barrack Obama for Democrats) Who is number one depends on who you ask and where you ask it. The media is most interested in Iowa and New Hampshire, where there will be an actual result soon, and where new people seem to be taking the lead. So the new Iowa poll has all the elements of a change (exciting! - or not) that may soon actually be reflected in "real" results. These, not so much, even though New York and Virginia are big states. The polls themselves were small, maybe less than the sample used by media pollsters.
