Do all earthquakes have an aftershock? please answer im really curious?

In the main quake there is a movement of the earth to relieve stress. This shift then produces stress in nearby faults which will then move causing the aftershocks. They usually occur but can vary a lot in intensity are sometimes almost as strong as the original quake and sometimes too weak to feel.
