My "friends" have not called me so far.?

so it's summer and everything and before school ended me and my friends made plans to hang out. anyways, a week after school ended, i texed my friends and one of them said she couldn't hang out that week but maybe next week, so i was like, k just tell me when you can. my other "friend" didn't even write back or anything. It's been 4 weeks and non of them have called me. what should i do? My summer is SO boring and i have no one to hang out with or go anywhere with.
