Does he still love me?

My boyfriend and I have been best friends for a couple years, we dated for the past year and then three months ago he broke up with me saying that he "needed time to figure things out"...well it's been three months and he and I have spent more time together then before, we kiss and do everything we used to. When I confronted him on it he just said he didn't want to be in a relationship right now. I am still in love with him and he still acts like he loves me. When I go to his house he still wraps his arms around me, stares at me when I'm lying on the floor, snuggles with me, kisses me, and gives me that look...he loves to tickle me and be close and sensual with me....I don't know what to do...he said he doesn't plan on dating anyone for a long time...so what should I do?
