Try a system restore it's your only hope. Go to start>all programs>accessroies> system tools> system restore.Set a date you wish to "turn back time to" and make sure that date is before you lost your data. Once you press ok and go through the process your computer will restart and if it is successful a message will appear after booting telling you so. Check to see if your data is there. If it is there back it up on a brand new hardrive so that this problem can never occur again. Hope you get it back mate. Good luck.
