Once a cheater, always a cheater?

She was drunk. She made a mistake. Unfortunately, it happens but it doesn't mean you can't make it work. At the end of the day, it was betrayal but it was only a kiss but you love her. Just make damn sure she loves you as much as you love her and truly regrets it. If anything like this ever happens again, vow to end it with her.
